You are allowed to create physical items with my art as long as you do not sell them and keep them for personal use only.You are allowed to advertise your own content using my art as long as you do not mislead people by making them think they will be getting my art.You are not allowed to make any kind of profits off of my art. You are also not allowed to train an AI with my art. If you do, you will be blocked and blacklisted. I will also warn other artists about you.If you get or have gotten an ADOPT or a CUSTOM from me, you are allowed to redesign it however you like while complying to the potential CLOSED SPECIES' rules about design modifications. After redesigning your character, make sure to keep me credited as the creator of the original design, I do NOT take credit for your redesign of your character.WHEN PURCHASING :You must always credit my instagram when using my art onlineThe payment will always be done through invoices on Paypal (In €) OR through Ko-Fi. You are allowed to ask for modifications all the time during the skeching phase. PLEASE NOTE that the modifications still need to be reasonable : asking for a limb to be in a different position or the face to be emoting differently or asking for a different piece of clothing are exemples of reasonable modifications while asking for a completely different character, pose, entire outfit is not.
Please make sure to tell me if you have specific ideas you were envisioning : this will make the commission process much easier.Completion time will depend on multiple factors such as my current mental and physical health, the amount of work I have to do and the type of commission you have asked of me but you can expect anytime between a few days and about a month for me to finish your commission. If you already have a deadline in mind, please share it with me while placing your order so I can organise my time accordingly.I reserve the right to edit and add to these terms of services.
